EL PASO, Texas–Helen of Troy has acquired the global license for a line of hair-care appliances branded under “The Twilight Saga” from Summit Entertainment.
The line is under Helen of Troy’s PRO Beauty Tools grouping, and is branded as the “Twilight” Limited Edition Collection by PRO Beauty Tools. It formally launched on Oct. 1 as a lead-in to the debut of the film “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn-Part 1” at theaters on Nov. 18. The line will continue to be marketed in conjunction with the release of the DVD version of the film next year.
Thus far, Summit Entertainment has released “Twilight,” “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” and “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.” This line will continue to be marketed leading up to the debut of the final film in the series, “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn-Part 2,” on Nov. 16, 2012. The series is based on a series of best-selling books by Stephenie Meyer.
