As any party host will tell you, one of the problems in serving drinks at an occasion is keeping the beverages cool throughout the length of the party. Hamilton Beach is looking to solve that problem with the patented Thermal Cooler Blender. According to a Hamilton Beach statement, 54 percent of blender owners pour their mixes into another container that then goes into a refrigerator. Thirty-six percent place their blender jar in the fridge after mixing a beverage. With the Thermal Cooler Blender, hosts can blend their party concoctions and keep them cold for up to eight hours without having to keep the blender in a refrigerator. The Thermal Cooler Blender is made with a 48-ounce thermal jar that is designed with a handle for carrying. The handle folds out of the way to allow the user to add ingredients or to pour, and makes it easy to carry the Thermal Cooler Blender in the house or for outdoor use such as tailgating. The screw-top lid is made with a foldaway, pour-through spout. The blender is also available in two "plus" models, which offer an extra plastic jar or a glass jar in addition to the thermal cooler jar. Regarding its drink-making capability, the Thermal Cooler Blender features a 500-watt, peak-power motor with 10 speeds. The blender blades, plastic or glass jar, and screw-top lid are all dishwasher-safe.
