The Rowenta Delta Force stick vacuum in red; Lagostina's Axia Tri-Ply cookware line
WEST ORANGE, N.J.-Groupe SEB is extending its Rowenta brand to encompass both floor-care and home-comfort products, and will introduce its Lagostina cookware brand to the U.S. market.
Rowenta's floor-care line includes cordless and bagless stick vacuum cleaners and hand vacuums, branded under the Rowenta Delta Force name. The vacs are designed with the company's Delta Force Cyclonic system, which sucks more than 500 ounces of air per second and separates dust from air through a grid made of 994 micro holes.
The Rowenta home-comfort line consists of the Intense Aqua Control humidifier and a group of Turbo Silence fans. The humidifier is designed to permit the user to set a target humidity level (from 40 to 75 percent), and includes a continuous-run feature, a warm-mist function and three smart modes: Auto, in which the targeted humidity level is set automatically at 55 percent; Baby, in which the targeted room humidity is automatically set at 50 percent and all device lights are turned off; and Night, in which the targeted humidity level is set at 50 percent, the speed gradually fades and all device lights are turned off.
The Turbo Silence Fans line includes two fans, one 12-inch and one 16-inch. Both fans are designed with five engineered "quiet" blades. The 12-inch model features a manual control with four mid- to high-speed settings, while the 16-inch fan has an electronic control panel with three mid- to high-speed settings.
Already sold in Europe, the Lagostina cookware brand includes the Axia Tri-Ply line, the Bianca Ceramic collection and the Linea Patrimonia range. Axia Tri-Ply includes stainless-steel cookware which is induction-compatible and is designed with a satin exterior finish. The Bianca Ceramic line is made with PTFE- and PFOA-free ceramic in a five-layer base construction which combines two layers of heat-radiating aluminum with three layers of stainless steel.
Linea Patrimonia consists of the Heritage collection, which includes a four-quart risottiera, a five-quart minestrone and polenta pot, an 11-inch Accademia grill pan and a six-quart Pastaiola pot. These items are specially designed for particular Italian dishes and are all handcrafted in Italy.
