RICHMOND HILL, Ontario–Canadian flatware maker Gourmet Settings has recently expanded into new categories, including a line of placemats that will debut at the International Home + Housewares Show in Chicago in March.

The laser-cut felt placemats are inspired by traditional Japanese floral prints, and the 50/50 blend of wool and polyester naturally repels dirt and water. The mats are available in black and taupe and in several shapes.
