ROCHESTER, N.Y.–The Gaggia brand of Importika has partnered with the Illy brand to introduce Gaggia for Illy Plus, a single-serve espresso machine.
The new machine, which will make its first appearance at the upcoming International Home & Housewares Show, uses Illy’s iperEspresso capsules. The user puts the capsule into the machine and presses the brew button.
The Gaggia for Illy Plus also uses a Brita Intenza water filter, a removable 1-liter water reservoir, a 15-bar pump, a stainless boiler and a container that can hold up to 12 capsules after they are used.
