NEW YORK–Todd English, the renowned chef, cookbook author and restaurateur, will receive the Share Our Strength 2008 Chef Humanitarian Award at the Gourmet Housewares Show, May 6 to 8, in Las Vegas.
Bestowed on chefs for their work in fighting childhood hunger in the United States, the award will be presented to English at the trade show’s opening gala.
English’s restaurant chains include Olives and Figs, specializing in rustic Mediterranean cuisine.
