NEW CASTLE, Del.-Emile Henry is helping stock the new commercial kitchen for the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida (SHFBCF) with Dutch Ovens/Stewpots.

The commercial kitchen, scheduled to open mid-January 2013 will produce more than 200,000 meals throughout the year for the community and will be the site for a culinary training and life skills program for at-risk/homeless youths and adults, preparing them for an entry-level position in any restaurant or food service operation across the country.

The Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida is a member of Feeding America – one of the largest charitable domestic hunger-relief organizations in the United States. SHFBCF secures and distributes food and grocery products to approximately 500 local nonprofit feeding programs throughout Central Florida.
