Edgeware Receives Cooking Club Seal of Approval for Grater, Zester

HOT SPRINGS, Ark.-Smith's Consumer Products, makers of Edgeware electric and manual knife sharpeners and kitchen tools, said it has received the Cooking Club Seal of Approval for its extra coarse grater and its Better Zester.
The Better Zester received a 100 percent approval rating from the 213 in-home club members who conducted the tests for Cooking Club, with an overall approval rating of 8.9. The extra coarse grater received a 97 percent approval rating from 188 testers for an overall approval rating of 8.7.
All products are rated on a scale of 1 to 10--with 10 being the highest--on such attributes as quality, appearance and ease of use; to performance, effectiveness and versatility. A minimum of 67 percent of testers must recommend a product for it to receive the Seal of Approval.

"It's particularly gratifying to receive this award from independent testers who put the product to work in real-life situations."
