DMC’s Culinary Stage Demos Start Today

       

       

DALLAS-Highlighting the inaugural Total Housewares & Gourmet Market, Dallas Market Center’s Culinary Stage is back with a full schedule of cooking demos with local chefs, as well as celebrity chef Curtis Stone. Here is the lineup for the show:

Thursday, Jan. 17:
2 p.m.: Chef Anthony Van Kamp from SER, the Hilton Anatole’s new steak restaurant
4 p.m.: Chef David McMillan, from Meddlesome Moth

Friday, Jan. 18:
10 a.m.: Chef Lisa Garza from Sissy’s Southern Kitchen
Noon: Chef Abraham Salum and Alan Havens from Salum
2 p.m.: Terance Jenkins and Scott Jones from Jack’s Southern Comfort Food
4 p.m.: John Tucker will demonstrate Salt Rox, a Himalayan salt cooking block

Saturday, Jan. 19
Noon: Curtis Stone, renowned Australian chef, author and TV personality
2 p.m.: Chef Robert Lyford from Patina Green
4 p.m.: Peter Mollet from Smokin’ Texas Gourmet/Red Kitchen Foods
