GURNEE, Ill.–Hearthware Home Products has named Jennifer Epker Dawes to the newly created position of executive chef.
Dawes, a chef who is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has been in the food industry for 22 years, has assumed responsibility over the testing and development of recipes for Hearthware Home’s NuWave Pro Infrared Oven. She will also appear in online instructional video segments, demonstrating the recipes that use the NuWave Pro. She reports to Jay S. Moon, Hearthware Home’s president, and Gene H. Kim, vice president.
Before joining Hearthware Home, Dawes served as a caterer and taught cooking classes in Chicago.
