BOCA RATON, Fla.-Jarden’s Crock-Pot electrics brand has introduced the Crock-Pot Hook Up Connectable Entertaining System, a specialty slow-cooking system that enables consumers to create entertaining spreads tailored for large or small parties.
The system features individual and connectable slow-cooker units that plug into each other to create the spread. Up to six units can hook up to a single outlet, and all may be used together or apart. The connectable units are sold individually, allowing consumers to mix and match colors and slow cookers to create their own systems.
Each unit is designed with low, high and warm manual settings, and all of the removable stoneware and lids are dishwasher-safe. Colors include charcoal, copper, red, blue and green. The configurations include a round, two-quart slow cooker; an oval, 3.5-quart slow cooker; and an oval two- and one-quart double slow cooker.
Along with the launch of the entertaining system, Crock-Pot has reached an agreement with television personality and entertaining expert Courtney Cachet. Cachet will engage Crock-Pot fans online in the coming months, providing entertaining tips and recipes specifically geared toward the Crock-Pot.
