NEW YORK–Continuum Sales & Marketing has signed a license agreement with Chef David Burke and will introduce the Kitchenware by David Burke collection at the International Home + Housewares Show later this week. The collection encompasses cookware, cutlery, tools and gadgets.
Available this spring, Kitchenware by David Burke includes anodized and stainless-steel cookware, an induction cooker and coordinating nonstick sauté pan, an enameled cast-iron Dutch oven, stainless-steel tea kettles in an array of shapes and colors, graters and other tools and gadgets. The collection blends “fun and function,” according to the company, and retail prices will range from $10 to $200.
“I wanted to offer products that were affordable for most consumers but still maintain the quality of equipment I use in my own kitchen,” said Burke, proprietor of 10 restaurants and eateries, including Townhouse, David Burke at Bloomingdale’s, Fishtail, David Burke Kitchen, David Burke Prime, Primehouse and Fromagerie. The collection uses versatile and long-lasting materials, from heat-resistant silicones and enamels in several colors to high polish stainless steel and natural eco-friendly bamboo.
