SEATTLE–Housewares company Chef’n has created the new position of director of national accounts and named John Sweatt to that post. Sweatt will help develop new sales channels and expand product lines, as well as create new relationships in the grocery, specialty, drug and mass channels.

With a broad background in consumer products and sales management, Sweatt brings more than 16 years of sales experience working at such companies as Jokari and Lifetime Brands.
