DALLAS-Chef Tyler Florence will make an appearance at Gourmet Catalog’s 2010 Start the Year Member Conference next month. He will join attendees at the conference’s buffet supper at the Capital City Club in Atlanta on Jan. 8, 2010.

Host of Tyler’s Ultimate on the Food Network, cookbook author and frequent television guest on such programs as The Today Show and The View, Florence will appear at the conference as a special guest of Outset, which is the exclusive distributor of his signature lines of steel-clad cookware and titanium cutlery.
