TUCKER, Ga.–Jodi Burson has been promoted to the newly created position of marketing manager for Big Green Egg, the manufacturer of ceramic kamado-style cookers.
Burson has assumed responsibility over advertising and public-relations functions, in which she works with DHM Group, the company’s agency of record, which reports to her. She oversees media relations, co-op marketing efforts, national promotional events and the production of all photography, catalogs, brochures, newsletters, promotional items and other company collateral, as well as coordinating these efforts with outside vendors. She reports to Edward R. Fisher, founder and president of Big Green Egg.
Burson, who joined the company in 2003, most recently served as administrative and marketing resources manager.
