AmericasMart to Offer Full Slate of Cooking Demos in Atlanta

ATLANTA-AmericasMart will offer numerous cooking programs in its demonstration kitchen during the International Gift & Home Furnishings market here next week.

The demonstration kitchen is located in Building 2 WestWing on the eighth floor. The schedule is as follows:

Thursday, July 12

11 a.m.-noon

Farm Fresh and Local

Presented by Chef Chris Hall and Chef Ryan Turner of Local Three, Atlanta

Chefs Hall and Turner's cooking demonstration will focus on fresh, local food.

Friday, July 13

10:30-11:30 a.m.

Bring Italy to Your Home

Presented by Chef Lacey Berry

Sponsored by L'Equip

Chef Lacey Berry will demonstrate how to make basic flavored and colored pastas using whole grains and learn how to dehydrate fresh pastas to preserve them for later use.

Daphne Oz's Summer Favorites: Dishes with a Skinny Twist

Daphne Oz, author, host and healthy living guru (and daughter of Dr. Oz), will share her favorite summer recipes and sign her book, "The Dorm Room Diet".
