Textiles Showroom Market Opens Today
NEW YORK-The New York Home Fashions Market opens today.
New licenses will take center stage at some of the showrooms here this week. Among these are the debuts of Williamsburg licenses with Royal Heritage in decorative bedding and Avanti Linens in bath products, kitchen textiles and table linens. The Sharper Image line with Sinomax, part of a recently formed license, will also make its bow this week.
Brands are also in the spotlight this week. Hollander will showcase its newest brand, Live Comfortably, which the company described as "the ultimate luxury brand in basic bedding."
Also this week, companies which have formed alliances will present themselves. Pacific Coast Feather and United Feather & Down, which merged earlier this year, will be welcoming buyers and merchandisers at their newly combined showroom, on the third floor of 1071 Sixth Ave. Natco, whose partnership with Pakistan-based Amtex is expected to be finalized soon, will be showing at 295 Fifth Ave.
