NEW YORK-Qi New York, a brand primarily of knitwear apparel, has entered the home business with a line of cashmere textiles.

The collection includes seven cashmere fringed throw blankets, cashmere decorative pillows, throws, pillow covers and shams. It will debut at retail this coming August, with high-end department stores and specialty stores as the prime targets, and it will also be available on QiCashmereShop.com. Retail prices will range from $500 to $1,200.

Founded in 2002, Qi New York has centered its line on cashmere apparel.
