CHICAGO–Protect-A-Bed will sponsor a webinar on managing bed-bug infestations on the Hotel Interactive website.

Titled “So You’ve Got Bed Bugs? Now What?”, the webinar will take place on April 13 at 2 p.m. It will show how to handle bed-bug complaints, both true and false, and thus protect hotel properties from legal action. On the panel will be James Bell, CEO of Protect-A-Bed; Christian Hardigree, attorney who handles the hospitality industry; and Glenn Haussman, editor-in-chief of Hotel Interactive.

The panel will also speak about managing infestations from a public-relations standpoint, to enhance the reputation of a hotel.
