ALBANY, N.Y.–PrimaLoft and Downlite have partnered on the “Support Your Dreams” campaign, which is designed to support women and children who have been afflicted with domestic abuse.
Through this program, the two companies will donate pillows to residents of domestic-violence shelters, lead donation drives to benefit local shelters and create an online pillow-purchase program, with the proceeds going to benefit domestic-violence services. The events in the campaign will take place in October, which has been designated National Domestic Violence Awareness month.
Throughout the year, PrimaLoft and Downlite will donate 300 PrimaLoft pillows to the Equinox Domestic Violence Shelter here and to the Cincinnati YWCA Battered Women’s Shelter. PrimaLoft’s headquarters are here, while Downlite is based in the Cincinnati suburb of Mason, Ohio. The first donations are scheduled for Oct. 1.
