NEW YORK–Barry Leonard, president of Glenoit and Ex-Cell Home Fashions, has been appointed to the presidency of Croscill as well.
Croscill was purchased by Patriarch Partners, owner of Glenoit and Ex-Cell, last week. Leonard, who reports to Lynn Tilton, chief executive officer of Patriarch Partners, has assumed responsibility over Croscill’s overall operations.
Carl Legreca, who had been president of Croscill, has been named president of merchandising for the company responsible for design, product development and merchandising. Cliff Campbell, chief financial officer of Glenoit and Ex-Cell, has been named to the same post for Croscill. Both Campbell and Legreca report to Leonard. Tony Cassella, previously chief financial officer of Croscill, remains as a consultant aiding Patriarch Partners in the transition of Croscill to the new ownership.
In an interview this morning with HFN, Tilton and Leonard said Croscill, Glenoit and Ex-Cell will remain separate entities for the time being. Decisions on how the organization will look in the future have not been made.
