IFDA to Host Second Program on Intellectual Property Rights

NEW YORK–The International Furnishings and Design Association’s chapter here will present the second part of its Basics in Intellectual Property Rights’ Boot Camp learning series on Thursday, Sept. 10.
Titled Trademarks in Designs, Product Shapes, Logos and Brands, the program is scheduled for 9-10 a.m. in the New York Design Center’s conference room at 200 Lexington Ave. at the corner of 33rd Street. It will be presented by Jeanne Hamburg, a member of IFDA and an attorney with Norris McLaughlin & Marcus and an expert in copyright and trademark law.
