WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.–Former textiles industry executive Michelle Falk has founded her own executive search and placement firm, headquartered here.
The new company, Michelle Falk Networking Plus, works with companies in the home fashions industry to help them find and place executives. In a statement, Falk said the company provides customized executive searches and placements, along with strategic career counseling.
Before opening this company, Falk was vice president of executive recruiting for Westover & Associates, another staffing firm. She also served as an executive for several home textiles manufacturers.
