GONZALES, La.–Olivia Elliott has been appointed vice president and chief financial officer of Crown Crafts, the producer of infant and toddler textiles and accessories.
Elliott thus assumes charge over the company’s financial operations, and reports to E. Randall Chestnut, chairman and chief executive officer. She succeeds Amy Samson, who has stepped down for personal reasons. Samson remains as Crown Crafts’ vice president and chief accounting officer, responsible for all of the company’s accounting activities.
Elliott joined Crown Crafts in 2001 as secretary and treasurer, posts that she held until this appointment. Prior to that, she was corporate controller of Amedisys and held accounting positions at Deloitte & Touche.
