MASON, Ohio–Downlite has reached an agreement with Kassatex Fine Linens on a strategic partnership that will give the down- and feather-bedding manufacturer market penetration and distribution channels throughout the Caribbean, Central American and South American regions.
Under the terms of the alliance, Kassatex will have sole representation rights, exclusive of institutional accounts, for all Downlite products in these areas. Other terms were not disclosed.
Based in New York, Kassatex distributes bath textiles, including towels, bathrugs and bathrobes.
