NEW YORK—Nancy Cartisano has been named chief operating officer of BCP Home, the parent company of Sander Sales, Arrow Home Fashions and WC Home Fashions.

Cartisano will oversee the operations of all of these companies, and report directly to Peter Weintraub, chief executive officer. Before joining BCP, Cartisano was senior vice president of sourcing and product development.

In addition, Jackie Solivan has been named executive coordinator at BCP, reporting directly to Cartisano. Both of these positions are newly created ones for the company.
