LOUISVILLE, Ky.–Borghese, the global cosmetic, skincare, fragrance and spa company, has reached licensing agreements with Veratex and Spa Cre8tions.

According to a statement from IMC Licensing, Borghese’s licensing agency, the Veratex agreement covers fashion bedding, basic and decorative towels, shower curtains, bathroom accessories, accent bathroom rugs and decorative pillows. This line will be targeted at upper-end department stores, club stores, specialty stores and television shopping channels.

The Spa Cre8tions collection encompasses bath and spa accessories including sleep and gel masks, back brushes and exfoliating back straps, absorbing hair towels and luxury sisal bath mitts. The line is slated for an October 2010 launch. No launch date was given for the Veratex line.

Borghese also has a licensed line of basic bedding and accessories, branded Villa Borghese, through United Feather & Down.
