NEW YORK–Aerin Lauder, granddaughter of beauty-products icon Estée Lauder, has created Aerin LLC, a lifestyle brand, and has reached a license agreement with Lenox for a line of home products.

Along with home, the Aerin brand will encompass accessories, jewelry, eyewear and beauty products, and will be targeted at department stores and specialty stores throughout the world. The collection with Lenox, which covers “multiple home categories,” according to a statement from Lauder, will be available to stores around the globe in early 2012. Lenox executives could not be reached for comment at press time.

The statement said the Aerin brand is rooted in Lauder’s vision and knowledge of design, art, fashion, travel and philanthropy. The brand will also place a high value on social responsibility and will integrate a philanthropic component in its future activities, the statement said.
