COMPTON, Calif.–ICA Home Decor has swung a deal to acquire Art In Motion, an art publisher and wall-decor manufacturer.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition, which takes effect on Jan. 1, will bring Art In Motion’s wall-decor and decorative-accessories products under the ICA banner. In addition, Art In Motion’s Website, artinmotion.com, and online catalog will be combined into an ICA online catalog and Website, ica-art.com.
Kristoff Honeyman, chief executive officer of ICA, said the acquisition brings together two companies with “more than 50 years of combined expertise,” and that the merged companies are “the leading force in art, design and decorative accessories.”
