GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.—The Gift & Home Trade Association will hold its annual conference from Nov. 17-20 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in New Orleans.
 
Archie Manning, former National Football League quarterback, will deliver the keynote address on Nov. 19 at 2:30 p.m., giving his insights on
leadership, depending on others and flexibility. Other highlights from conference include:
 
--Heather Lutze, owner of Findability Group, who will speak on search-engine optimization, pay-per-click and social media at 11 a.m. on Nov. 19
 
--Susan K. Jones, author and direct-marketing expert, who will make a presentation on interactive marketing at 10:45 a.m. on Nov. 20
 
Workshops are also scheduled covering topics such as buying from local vendors and how technology has changed the supply chain.
