ROCKY MOUNT, Va.–Uttermost, a major manufacturer of home accessories and furniture, launched its new website at uttermost.com, which was designed and developed by Whereoware.
The result is a streamlined and interactive experience that provides support for its retailers, designers, sales representatives and consumers.
“We offer an extremely broad product line with intricate details and special finishes,” said Mac Cooper, president and CEO. “We wanted to showcase our products while providing a stress-free experience for visitors. Our new site is intuitive and easy to use.”
The crisp and clean navigation makes it easy for users to browse products on the site or flip through the online catalog gallery, and an advanced search option allows users to quickly sort by a variety of parameters, helping them find the exact product they need.
Approved retailers can use the retailer portal to reorder product and view order history and status. The site personalizes the experience by providing an image of the Uttermost staff member who services each retailer, allowing the retailer to ‘see’ who they are speaking with, as well as contact information. Consumers can browse products, create, save and print a wish list and use the dealer locator. Designers have access to tear sheets they can print right from the website.
