CHARLOTTE, N.C.—Perfect Fit has appointed Jeff Kies chief financial officer, succeeding David Kennedy, who has left the company to pursue other interests.

Kies is responsible for managing the company’s finances along with financial planning, record-keeping and financial reporting. He reports directly to Dan Hammer, president and chief executive officer.

Kies’ background includes finance-related positions with Collins & Aikman, Tultex Corp. and RJ Reynolds. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer for Sleep Innovations.
