HIGH POINT, N.C.–Contemporary furniture maker Phillips Collection has named Jessica Phillips Penn to the newly created position of vice president, sales.

Jessica, daughter of owners Mark and Julie Phillips, will head sales, including key account and hospitality management. Penn brings sales and marketing insight from her previous positions at Discovery Channel and Craft Marketing, the company said.
