Couristan Spins New Web Site

Couristan has expanded the capabilities of its corporate Web site, couristan.com, with new sales features and product content.
The company recently finished several upgrades to the site, which includes a new section showcasing all of its merchandising display fixtures, as well as updates to its product listings, company history and other corporate information.
Current dealers and potential new customers can now view a complete catalog of display options available exclusively through Couristan. The section of the site, accessible through Couristan’s Profile page, is entitled “Merchandising Display Units” and illustrates fixtures for the company’s area rug and residential broadloom divisions.
Specific detail on each unit, including measurements, construction specifications and added benefits, can be viewed by clicking on the individual display images. Additional information, such as pricing, promotional opportunities, shipping and stock availability, can be obtained by clicking on the “Contact Us” button and filling out all required fields.
“Keeping the brand fresh and relevant while reaching customers through a variety of platforms is the key to effective sales and marketing, particularly in a challenging economic climate,” said Larry Mahurter, Couristan’s director of advertising, marketing and sales promotions. “With the amount of daily traffic our Web site receives, we’re greatly maximizing our opportunities to generate auxiliary business with these recent enhancements.”
Other new features to Couristan’s Web site include downloadable copies of the company’s area rug and residential broadloom warranties, informational videos, new corporate photos and news, updated company history information and additions to its office/showroom listings. Product introductions are also highlighted in its “What’s New” section.
