Company C Appoints Colby Customer Service Manager

CONCORD, N.H.–Amanda Colby has been named customer service manager at Company C, a promotion from her previous position of customer service account representative. In her new position, she will oversee the customer service department, which manages customer transactions for the wholesale and online divisions, as well as continue to manage the design trade program.
“Amanda’s extensive knowledge of Company C products and her understanding of its customer base make her extremely qualified to take on the additional responsibilities required of the customer service manager,” said Walter Chapin, president. “I’m confident that Amanda will continue to set the highest standard for customer relations as she moves into her new leadership role.”
