Rug Ready in Atlanta

AmericasMartBldg1entATLANTA–The Atlanta International Area Rug Market kicks off its second edition of the year tomorrow, and plenty of introductions will be unveiled.

In addition, several rug manufacturers have new or renovated showrooms. Rizzy Home has returned to AmericasMart and will debut its new showroom on Floor 6. Located in a 2,000-square-foot space, 6-G-2, Rizzy will showcase introductions and best sellers along with pillow coordinates and additional textiles. Also on that floor will be Couristan’s expanded showroom, 6-D-11, which will go from roughly 4,000 square feet to almost 6,000 square feet.

Kaleen will also debut an expanded showroom, in 3-C-9. It will feature an updated look, including a distressed floor, all-white walls and a bar, so that attendees can relax. Also on Floor 3, Oriental rug resource Neman International will have a new showroom and Pasargad Carpets will have an expanded space.

AmericasMart will debut the Market Club on Floor 6. Buying companies that attend five markets over a five-year period are extended membership in the lounge, where they can enjoy complimentary refreshments, Internet connectivity and other business services.
