SADDLE BROOK, N.J.–Nourison has named Steven Brandon managing director of the company’s hospitality division. Based out of Nourison’s office and distribution center in Calhoun, Ga., Brandon will report to Jonny Peykar, vice president, hospitality.
Brandon has served as an operations and business development consultant to Nourison for the past year. Now in his new position, he will manage and develop business for the company’s fast-growing hospitality division. Before joining Nourison, he managed a joint cooperation between Thailand Carpet Manufacturing PCL and Clayton Miller Hospitality Carpets. Prior to that, he served as president and CEO of Tai Ping Carpets Americas.
“Steve brings a lot of experience and expertise with him and we are excited to see what we can accomplish together going forward,” said Peykar. “Nourison has committed a lot of resources in developing this category of our business in the past few years and Steve will be instrumental in guiding this expansion.”
Brandon added, “I have never seen a company more prepared to become a major player in the hospitality carpet segment. During my time here as a consultant I have gotten to know everyone in the hospitality division and I am delighted to be part of such a talented team.”
