DALTON, Ga.–Balta U.S. Inc, the U.S. division of the Balta Group, has added Jerrett Dornbusch as the company’s new creative director, a new position.
“Jerrett Dornbusch is exactly the right leader, at the right time for Balta U.S.,” said Patrick Moyer, Balta’s president of sales and marketing. “He has excellent trend, design and marketing experience, strong trade relationships and unbeatable enthusiasm.”
In his new role Dornbusch will oversee all marketing and product development, as well as merchandising and advertising. Current stylists, and the marketing and merchandising teams will all report to him.
With more than 25 years of design experience, Dornbusch was most recently director of design and new product development for Southern Patio, a lawn and garden product company. He is also a trend, color, finish, substrate and texture expert, a release from Balta said, and is a former member of many trend councils.
“Jerrett’s experience in the patio and outdoor living market was a big attraction for me,” said Moyer. “He will bring fresh new ideas to Balta, and continue to help us remain a world leader in the area of indoor/outdoor rugs.”
With the arrival of Dornbusch, Balta U.S. has also more than doubled the size of its design studio here, investing in new hardware, software and a state-of-the-art photo studio.
