CHARLOTTE, N.C.–The first part in a three-stage process, the Accessories Resource Team unveiled its new logo, which uses the organization’s acronym in place of spelling out its full name as well as pops of color. ART also debuted its new tag line: A Creative Home Furnishings Network.
This is the result of ART’s new marketing committee, which consists of Robbin Wells of Dallas Market Center, Kellee Hollenback of Troy/CSL/Littman Brands and Vanessa Turney of Light by Design and was formed this spring and tasked to update and freshen the association’s image. The second stage of rebranding by the committee will be an updated website this fall, which will have additional member features. The third part will be to incorporate the new look into all of ART’s sponsored programs and marketing over the next year. The exclusive ART card program will continue to use the old logo but it will be phased out over the next year and replaced with the new logo.
“The new tag line ‘A Creative Home Furnishings Network’ is a true reflection of the association’s membership and our mission to foster design creativity,” said Sharon Davis, executive director of ART. “The new logo is modern and colorful, just like our members. The marketing team has done an amazing job translating those principals.”
