NEW YORK–Phillips-Van Heusen said yesterday that it willpurchase Tommy Hilfiger for about $3 billion in cash and stock. Phillips- Van Heusen already owns Calvin Klein, Izod and Arrow. Revman International has the Tommy Hilfiger license for the soft home business.
NEW YORK–Springs Global and Waterworks have entered into a license agreement through which Springs will offer bathroom textiles under the Waterworks brand.
