ROSEMONT, Ill.—Steven D. Levitt, co-author of the best-selling book “Freakonomics” with Stephen J. Dubner and professor of economics at the University of Chicago, will be the featured speaker at the annual industry breakfast during the International Home & Housewares Show.
Levitt’s presentation is titled “Unconventional Thinking for an Unpredictable Economy.” The breakfast is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, March 23, and will take place in Room S100/Grand Ballroom, Level 1, South Building in McCormick Place, the site of the housewares show. The show is sponsored by the International Housewares Association.
Also during the breakfast, Jeff Siegel, president and chief executive officer of Lifetime Brands, will deliver a state-of-the-housewares-association message.
