Guzzetta Named President of Ralph Lauren Home

NEW YORK–Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. has named Frank Guzzetta as president, Ralph Lauren Home Collection, reporting to Roger Farah, president and chief operations officer, Polo Ralph Lauren.
Succeeding Barbara Deichman, who retired last year, Guzzetta will join the company on Aug. 11.
Guzzetta will assume responsibility for the strategic leadership and day-to-day operations of the Ralph Lauren Home Collection business, including home collection sales, licensing, marketing, product management, sourcing and manufacturing. He will also work in conjunction with the home collection design and development areas.
With a career that spans more than 30 years, Guzzetta has held such positions as chief executive officer of Macy’s North, Marshall Fields and Hechts.
