Domain Home to Liquidate

NORWOOD, Mass.–Domain Home, a 27-store chain, will conduct a court-ordered bankruptcy liquidation sale beginning February 13.
The liquidation was ordered by the bankruptcy court as a result of Domain, Inc.’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing last month. The value of the furniture, accessories, lighting, rugs and other products to be liquidated is approximately $20 million, according to the liquidators, Hudson Capital Partners, of Newton, Mass., and Great American Group, of Los Angeles.
The sale, which involves all Domain Home store locations in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia, is expected to take several weeks. All of the Domain Home retail locations will be closed following the liquidation.
