Dastugue to Leave J.C. Penney as CFO

PLANO, Texas-Michael Dastugue, J.C. Penney’s executive vice president and chief financial officer, will leave the retailer on April 13.
Michael Kramer, chief operating officer, will assume the chief financial officer duties in an interim capacity. A search has begun for a new chief financial officer.
Dastugue was named chief financial officer last year. He has been with J.C. Penney since 1991, serving as director of property development, treasurer and senior vice president of finance.
